Over the month of June, a small group of Kuyper staff and senior students have been participating in The Push-Up Challenge.
The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event and is conducted by The Push for Better Foundation, a charity that aims to engage and educate people about mental and physical health, raise awareness of the mental health issues affecting everyday Australians, and help foster mental well-being and fitness.
This year, participants committed to completing 3,249 push-ups between 5 -28 June, a number representing a significant mental health statistic in Australia in the most recent year of data.
Our Kuy-Pushers 2024 team is raising funds for the new headspace Hawkesbury Office in Richmond. Headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Kuy-Pushers 2024 would love your support to help them reach their target of $1,000 for headspace Hawkesbury!
