Maximising learning opportunities for all students
We recognise that all people have God-given strengths, the ultimate purpose of which is to give glory to God by celebrating His endless creativity. We also recognise that some strengths, talents and genetic predispositions are more naturally compatible with the demands and requirements of twenty-first century schooling. We do not, however, place a higher value on these particular strengths and talents than we do on any others. We aim to maximise the learning opportunities for all students.
Students have different educational needs because God has made each one of us totally unique. Every program at Kuyper seeks to develop every child in their understanding of God’s calling and purpose for their lives; to recognise their own abilities, and to equip them to use their abilities for the benefit of others and to the glory of God. Diversability assists every child to have the opportunities they need to develop to their full potential.

The Diversability Team at Kuyper has a three-pronged approach:
- To collaborate with teachers and equip them in their programming and implementation of effective teaching and learning activities for all students.
- To work with individual students, helping them to find their learning strengths and providing them with the modified learning that will allow them to reach their identified learning goals.
To collaborate with parents and equip them in encouraging and enabling their children’s development.
